About
Hub 17 opened its doors in 2014, as a photography studio. Since then it has grown into a multi-faceted venue at 73 Wave St., including an event space, podcast studio, art gallery, and theater. Aptly nicknamed “The Hub,” this space has been cultivating artistic experiences for more than a decade.
Its reputation has gained notoriety nationwide featuring talents such as Bob Malone from the John Fogerty Band, MTV artist Nani Castle, international sensation Lizzy Ashleigh, and battle rapper Eddy I.
Staying true to their unrestrained creative expression, they have collaborated with local organizations such as Projectivity, Staten Island Arts, Maker Park Radio, and Richmond Hood Co. Hub17 has been awarded multiple grants enabling them to showcase artists and performances that may otherwise have gone unnoticed.
